Our Massage Studio
Our studio is a cozy oasis of peace and tranquility nestled on the shores of North Lake Tahoe next to Rosie’s Cafe in Downtown Tahoe City. We offer two large treatment rooms (one with a beautiful Lakeview!) and a comfortable waiting/retail area. We take pride in maintaining a warm, clean, and comforting environment for healing and relaxation and we invite you to visit our studio.
Our Philosophy
Lisa Goodman founded Massage On The Lake in Tahoe City as a cooperative business based on the principles of support and cooperation in 2001. Lisa wanted to expand the realms of healing for her clients and saw the need for an oasis of tranquility on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe. The result is an environment of peace and healing upheld by the extensive experience of a group of therapists & estheticians who bring different styles and techniques to the practice.
Every person who walks through our door leaves feeling inspired, lighter, and healthier. Our caring therapists take pride in listening to our clients’ specific needs, aches, pains, and stresses, and we customize our experience and techniques to facilitate healing and relief for our clients.
In addition to Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Sports Massage we also offer Reiki, Craniosacral, Neuromuscular Programming, Myofascial, Hot Stone, Prenatal with a drop out table, Custom Facials & Make-up Consultations, Waxing, Salt Scrubs & Aromatherapy Wraps.
